Learn the basics of Ayurvedic principles in this class to restore and balance the elements in mind and body during the winter months!

Vata dosha is the make-up of air and ether elements in your system, which can become aggravated during the colder season. This class will give you tools to balance these energies in your unique biological make-up, and in the emotional and mental bodies. This class will focus on how to embrace transitions during the seasons, and help you gain an understanding of how diet, and certain movements and lifestyle choices can support Vata dosha during it’s most heightened phase of the year.

  • Vata balancing asana (body movement)

  • Breathwork practices to ground and cleanse your energy

  • Philosophy and energetics of how to balance the chakras

  • Ways to support yourself with herbs and diet during Vata season
