Traditional Reiki

A Traditional Reiki Treatment with Jane is a relaxing experience that provides healing on all levels, body, mind, emotions and spirit. Receiving Reiki will gently, yet powerfully balance energy and can provide emotional and spiritual healing with ease. The use of crystals and essential oils may be incorporated into the healing.

Each session includes the option to add additional time to discuss current healing goals. Distance or in person sessions are available.

Intuitive Reiki

Intuitive Reiki sessions combine Reiki with personalized intuitive guidance, which may include oracle cards or Rune stones. You’ll have space to explore your intuition, ask questions, and reflect on insights that arise during the session.

Each ession includes time to discuss your current emotional, mental, or spiritual goals.

Crystal Healing

A Crystal Reiki Treatment combines the gentle energy of Reiki with the supportive presence of crystals placed on and around the body. Crystal grids are used to enhance the Reiki experience and create a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment. This practice may also support reflection and shifts in thought patterns and beliefs.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing with Jane incorporates the healing energy of Reiki and the use of crystal bowls, drums, and voice. Personal sessions or group Sound healing is deeply relaxing and provides healing to the physical body, the mind, and the layers of the aura outside the physical body.
Each session includes extra time to check in and discuss the healing.
