This is the second class in a three-part series designed to introduce you to the foundations of Ayurvedic cooking and eating.

Learn the Ayurvedic qualities of foods and spices and how they can influence balance in the body. Choose foods, herbs, and spices that complement your individual Dosha and support healthy digestion, energy, and overall well-being.

This class will discuss various well-known herbs including Ayurvedic herbs and spices, and their traditional qualities and uses. Learn simple ways to incorporate herbs and spices into everyday cooking.

As part of this hands-on experience, you’ll create a personal Masala spice blend to take home and use in your cooking or for a tea, giving you a practical and delicious way to continue to explore Ayurvedic principles in your own kitchen.
