Join this online class where you will learn how to process and balance emotional reactions and gain tools to live a calmer, more enjoyable life. This class is for those who are seeking simple, practical ways to deal with tough emotions in day to day life. This class will introduce practices to move through difficult emotions and learn to integrate these emotions in various life circumstances. Learn somatic movement practices to help bring more balance and understanding to your emotional self with the mind/body connection.

This class will help you to:

  • Connect to your body’s wisdom through physical, emotional and mental processes

  • Balance emotions with curated practices for various emotional triggers

  • Integrate joy, sorrow, grief, anger, confusion, anxiety and other emotions into your everyday experiences

  • Utilize energy the centers and channels of your body with sound and breath for personal growth

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the mind/body connection

  • Learn stress management tools to calm the nervous system

Each week you will be prompted to “self study”, to observe and take note of your emotions and emotional reactions or responses. Class themes will change weekly with practical applications and practices to work through emotional triggers. This class will be limited to 15 individuals.

Jane incorporates the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki and other metaphysical teachings to increase understanding of the spiritual self in connection to the physical.
