Ayurvedic Cooking Immersion: From Principles to Practice

  • Chico Holistic Wellness Center 287 Rio Lindo Ave. Chico United States (map)

The final class in this three-part series brings everything together with a hands-on Ayurvedic cooking experience. You’ll prepare a complete Ayurvedic meal from start to finish, using the knowledge and principles explored throughout the previous two classes.

You’ll have the opportunity to select ingredients, herbs, and spices and create a recipe that reflects your individual Dosha and the Ayurvedic principles you’ve learned. With guidance throughout the process, you’ll discover how to thoughtfully combine flavors, textures, and food qualities to create a balanced and nourishing meal.

Choose from vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore options, and enjoy the meal you create together at the end of class. This immersive experience is designed to help you feel confident bringing Ayurvedic principles into your own kitchen and making them a practical part of everyday life.

Only 4 spots available for the final class in this series. Choose to attend one of two classes: Saturday December 12th or Sunday December 19th. Read on to see details below.
