Learn Reiki in a fun and safe environment! No experience is necessary to take this course. In Reiki Level 1, you will learn the traditional Usui methods of practicing Reiki and will be equipped with the tools to use it on yourself and others. Learn Reiki to heal yourself! Reiki is a simple and easy technique that anyone can learn to increase understanding of the self, spirituality, and bring balance to life. No experience is necessary to learn Reiki—all can obtain the ability to use this healing, and loving energy to help the self!

Reiki can be translated as “Universal Life-Force Energy”—which is for the individual first and foremost! In the first level of Reiki, students will be given an introduction to Reiki techniques, energetic hygiene and anatomy basics, and how to connect to the higher self through intuition and the use of Reiki. The Reiki level 1 course is an introductory level class that equips each student with the ability to self-heal, connect to the intuitive nature, where students will learn how to use Reiki on the self, and in everyday life. If the student wishes to deepen their understanding of Reiki, and learn how to give Reiki to others in a more professional way, students may then choose to take the Reiki level 2 course after completion of level 1.

This class will be taught on Saturdays, 10am-1:30pm for three consecutive weeks, beginning April 10th, in person at the Living Free Healing Center. Students will receive the Reiki attunement on the first class and will be able to use Reiki right away! Health and safety measures are being taken for in-person classes, and class sizes are limited to 6 students maximum.
